Can tarot cards open portals?

No. A portal is movie imagery — there is no mechanism in flat printed cards, no ritual in our spread and no claims in any historical tradition of tarot doing this. If anxiety keeps whispering that a deck 'opened something,' the calming move is exactly the grounding routine: step away, contact people you trust, and notice it was an anxious thought, not an event.
